New Goals

Well, I have decided that I am desperately in need of taking care of myself physically.  SOOOOOOOOOOOO, I have chosen the Couch to 5K program to get me started.  I am not a runner, nor have I ever been a runner.  This is going to be a challenge, but honestly I think it is what I need.  I'm not a fad dieter, nor am I in to those options of basically living on 500 calories.

My goals are to:

1.  Give every effort and stick to the 9 week Couch to 5K plan
2.  Portion control
3.  At least 2 bottles of water a day (I am NOT a water drinker at all)

I CAN DO THIS!!!

Wondering how you are doing! I tried the Couch to 5K program last summer and found an easy excuse to "take a break"....and here it is the next summer!!!
