Anyone out there have any good slow cooker recipes? I would really appreciate them (so would my children who have to eat canned spaghetti-o's).
Thanks!
Oh yeah, I smaked the shit out of M's truck this morning with my SUV. I waited a couple of hours and then sent him a text message. So far, no word from him... do you think that's good or bad?

5 Amazing Words of Wisdom:
In my world, no news is good news. The only thing I make in my crockpot is queso (not a well balanced meal) or roast. For my roast I simply dump the roast in and pour 2-3 cans of cream of mushroom soup over it and leave it all day on low. Viola! I know, I'm fancy....I spend more time making the mashed potatoes...but it's good I promise. It goes well with corn casserole which is one of the easiest, cheapest, yummiest side dishes I make. Take 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 stick of butter, 1 can cream style corn, 1 can whole kernel corn (DRAINED) and salt and pepper for taste. Melt the butter and stir in the cornbread mix. Stir in the two cans of corn and salt and pepper and cook on 350 for about 45 minutes until the center is firm.
well I actually do have a couple of decent recipies for the slow cooker... take a pork roast (mid size, not too big) mix 1 bottle of bbq sauce and 2-8 oz glasses of water or chichen stock in the bottom of the cooker, put in a little pepper or other spices, and put in the pork roast... let ig go all day on med-low... when it's done just pull the pork apart with a fork and mix with the sauce in the bottom... put it on hambuger buns and you've got pulled pork sandwiches... (the easy way at least) here is another one... take 3 cans of beef broth, two lipton beefy onion mixes and a drop of wistoshite sauce and pepper in the pot. put a beef roast in with potatoes and carrots, let it cook on med... when you take out the roast let it rest for about 5 min before cutting it... otherwise all of the juce will come out of the roast and it'll be dry... you can also use the same recipie (beef broth, lipton mis, and spices) for stew meat and add carrots, stewed tomatoes and beans or whatever else you like in stew and eat over minute rice... I cook alot of these in the winter... gonna cook roast this weekend actually... let me know if you use any of them and how you like them....

Have a fantastic week!!
Easiest crock recipe in the world, makes a large portion, AND tastes mahvelous!
-2-3# boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-2 cans cream of (whatever; I prefer cream of chicken, but mushroom or celery will also work.)
-1 large onion, chopped.
Ready? This will take all of 30 seconds.
Combine all ingredients in crock pot, using only one of the two soup cans right now. T
urn on low for at least 4.5 hours (depends on your crock). A
bout 30 minutes before done, add the second can of soup.
Also, boil 8-12 ounces noodles of your choice (I prefer Kluski noodles).
Shred cooked chicken with two forks (will shred easily), then stir in noodles and enjoy!
I serve with a side of steamed broccoli.
